Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or credit goods (and refunds available for damaged goods) within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase due to incorrect sizing or arriving damaged. Cancelled orders will incur a $15 restocking fee.

Items should be returned new, unused and with the original tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Vintage Closet items are sold as is (with most being vintage, altered and pre-loved) and we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange but not refund on these items.

Merch items are made to order and cannot be returned unless damaged.

You should expect to receive your refund/store credit within 5 days of us receiving the returned item or cancelled order, however, in many cases you will receive quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank or payment processing company to process our refund request/apply credit to your store account.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping
Shipping is charged at $15 for standard postage within Australia and $25 for express post.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an overseas order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
